Welcome to the New Caney MUD Community. To Start new service please come to our main office, located at 23696 Roberts Road, New Caney, TX 77357, to apply for new service. You can also fill out the service agreement online, and then will need to call the office at 281-689-2327 to start the service and pay your deposit. Please be aware that New Caney MUD allows no more than 2 residential water/sewer taps per property. Anything more than 2 will require going through our commercial procedures.
